Exhaust Filters

Cleaner Emissions. Smarter Solutions.
Modern diesel generators require more than just power; they also need smart emission control systems to keep operations clean, compliant, and efficient. METS Energy offers advanced exhaust filtration technologies that promote a cleaner environment while ensuring that your equipment complies with current regulations.
Why Exhaust Filtration Matters
Exhaust filters play an important role in removing harmful pollutants produced during diesel power generation. These filtration systems significantly reduce emissions, including soot, particulate matter, carbon monoxide, and hydrocarbons, and support regulatory compliance in both stationary and mobile generator applications.
Each system is constructed from high-quality materials such as stainless steel and engineered to meet international emissions standards, making it essential for any environmentally responsible energy solution.

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)
DPFs are intended to capture and remove up to 95% of soot and fine particulates from diesel exhaust. These filters, which act as a physical barrier, are essential for reducing visible smoke and meeting clean air standards.
- Ideal for areas with stringent emission standards.
- Compatible with both new and retrofit applications.
- Supports cleaner, safer operations across industries.

Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC)
DOC's convert harmful exhaust pollutants (CO, HC, and PM) into less harmful byproducts (CO₂ and water vapor).
- Helps meet the EPA Tier 4 and other emissions regulations.
- Reduces environmental impact and improves air quality.
- Catalytic technology that is both effective and easy to maintain.

Cyclone Filters
Cyclone filters (Pre-Filtration) use centrifugal force to separate larger particles like ash, soot, and dust before allowing gases into finer filtration systems.
- Durable, low-maintenance design without filter media.
- Works as a first-stage filter in demanding environments.
- Commonly used in industrial, high-dust, or off-grid applications.
