Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as our products and projects are often custom-built or installed to meet specific client needs. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds may be issued if a product is faulty, damaged during delivery, or does not meet agreed-upon specifications. We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

Custom orders
Please keep in mind that custom or made-to-order products are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
